Ashley K. Thomas (she/her/ella) is a researcher, facilitator, and coach standing with communities towards healing, liberation, and decolonization. She currently serves as a Program Manager at USC Equity Research Institute, where she conducts quantitative + qualitative research on building governing power with disinvested communities, and creating inclusive, equitable economies. She is the co-founder of Retreat + Reimagine, an organization that uses rest as a portal to reimagine movements and community care. Ashley has spent nearly 15 years in movement work, building power with communities of color, particularly women and queer folks of color, as experts who can create innovative solutions to our collective challenges.
